We had the distinct pleasure of working with a Knoxville realtor “par
excellence”, Sherry Wheeler of Coldwell Banker. We needed a home that, as it
turned out, was far more unique than we imagined.  We thought looking on-line was a good idea. For those of you who like us, think you can do it yourself better or more efficiently than Sherry, think again.

We found many houses “on-line” that seemed “right”, but to our surprise, none of
them were close to what we actually needed or wanted. After a while we stopped
looking, and Sherry became “our agent”.  Immediately the listings got better. With almost each viewing, Sherry would hone in on our actual needs.

In time Sherry found us the perfect home, in a desirable neighborhood, and at an
affordable price. It’s a home we never would have found because of a “can’t see
the forest for the trees” kind of thing. Sherry had the skills and imagination
to “see” what we really wanted and needed in a home and bring it to fruition. I
can’t give her a good enough evaluation.

The down side is that we got to like her so much that she began to feel like
family, and now that our looking is over, we don’t get to see her. We miss her a
lot.

I wanted to Thank You from the bottom of my heart. I cannot say enough to show my appreciation for the hard work you gave my Mother and me on our house. We would not have been able to sell it without you. I was so impressed with your work ethic and positive attitude during the entire ordeal. I do not think we could have had a better person or realtor to work with. We were excited with the initiative you took when the bank would not respond. You are such an out-of -box thinker!
You treated use with such respect on such hard issues! Thank you for being a lovely person! I wish there was more I could do for you to show my appreciation. If I ever have anyone ask me for a realtor, you will always be the first person I send them to.

I have had the privilege of working with Sherri Wheeler for the past few months. She has been both a tremendous help to me, as well as a delight to deal with in so many ways. She has gone above and beyond in sparing me the inconvenience of having to travel from NY to TN to tend to the needs of the property I was selling. She was willing to find people to clean and do repairs at reasonable prices, and over-saw the work until it was completed to my satisfaction. She has kept in close contact with me every step of the selling process, keeping me up-dated on prospective buyers, e-mailing me necessary documents, and patiently answering any and all of my questions (repeatedly when needed). I've never felt any pressure from her to sell or to reject an offer, and yet her professional advise, when solicited, has always proven to be wise and insightful. She has made herself available and flexible in order to accommodate my busy schedule. Her openness and genuine personal interest have inspired a confidence and trustworthiness in her character. Her pleasant personality and professionalism have made the business of Real Estate a positive experience. She has never been anything but courteous and respectful in all of our dealings. She has my highest recommendation and I wish her much success in all of her future endeavors.

We listed a foreclosed house on Cavet Station in Knoxville with Sherry this year. Sherry was very professional and helpful in her dealings with the Bank. She suggested things that needed to be done to the house in order to increase potential buyers and even contacted people for us to do the work in repairing the house. She handled prospective buyers in a professional manner and sold the house in a satisfactory time. We would use Sherry again in the future if the need arises.
